Welcome to Maude. As you enter our elegant and intimate 24-seat dining room, you’ll get a peek into our open kitchen, where our chefs will be hard at work. Look around to see art from Curtis’s home, and a photo of our namesake, Curtis’s paternal grandmother Maude on her wedding day.

Settle into your seat and get ready for a meal unlike any other.

The nine-course menu begins by choosing a pairing for your meal.
We have two pairing options: Classic and Reserve. Or, we offer wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages by the glass.

Curtis’ has always believed that guests at Maude experience a meal the way he would cook for family and friends at home; menuless, surprising, and welcoming. Savory courses are served in the dining room.

For the final courses, you’re invited up to our wine loft, where we have over 3,000 vintage bottles of wine, as well as a piano and a stack of classic vinyl. It’ll be the perfect note to end your meal on.
