Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant is the second restaurant from Curtis Stone and the first created in partnership with his brother, Luke Stone. The Pie Room
The Pie Room is Curtis Stone’s homage to the timeless art of baking, specializing in handcrafted sweet and savory pies, freshly baked breads, delicate patisserie, sandwiches, and comforting bistro fare. Every item is prepared with the same signature craftsmanship and attention to detail that define all of our kitchens.
By day, it’s a welcoming spot to pick up something fresh from the oven or linger over a light lunch. By night, the cozy neighborhood space transforms into a relaxed dinner destination, offering comforting dishes, thoughtful pours, and a sense of nostalgia—elevated yet unpretentious, and always crafted with care.
Woodend
Curtis launched Woodend at Maroma, A Belmond Hotel, Riviera Maya, in 2023. Centered around exceptional wood-fired cuisine, the restaurant’s menu draws inspiration from Maroma’s lush surroundings, where jungle and coastline meet the Caribbean Sea. Dishes showcase the vibrant flavors and ingredients of the region—freshly caught seafood, locally raised meats, and produce sourced from nearby farms—transformed over open flame into refined, soulful plates. The design mirrors this connection to nature, blending organic textures with a sense of coastal luxury. A spectacular addition to the property, Woodend invites guests to experience the region’s gastronomic storytelling and has been recognized by the Michelin Guide and named one of Mexico’s 250 Best Restaurants.
Events
Curtis Stone Events launched in Los Angeles in 2018 in response to growing demand for Curtis Stone’s cuisine, both locally and beyond. Offering private bookings in Curtis’s acclaimed restaurants as well as bespoke experiences on location, CSE creates events that are as memorable as they are delicious. From lavish celebrations to intimate gatherings, the team is known for delivering occasions that feel elegant yet relaxed, with every detail thoughtfully crafted. Within just one year, Curtis Stone Events was named “Best Catering Company in the West” by the Achievement in Catering & Events Awards.
Today, CSE operates on a global scale—catering prestigious events such as the Melbourne Cup and the Presidents Cup in Australia, and in the U.S. producing high-profile experiences including the first-ever Netflix restaurant Netflix Bites, the Screen Actors Guild Awards, and events for major international brands.
